INSTALLATION & OPERATION
WashDry Cabinet installation and operating guide
This guide covers the LC-308 single-door cabinet. Verify the order-specific power supply, water connections and site conditions before installation. Qualified personnel must complete electrical and water connections under local requirements.

Factory-confirmed reference use is 60 L of water per wash and approximately 3.5 kWh of electricity per cycle.
Use the factory-confirmed drawing, final packing data and unit nameplate for each custom order.
A double-door cabinet can be customized for an OEM project. Confirm its specifications and installation requirements for the order.
Confirm these conditions for the order
- Water inlet: US washing-machine hose connections commonly use 3/4 in. GHT/NH threads (11.5 TPI). Match the order’s inlet hose and adapter to the site supply. Use the permitted pressure and flow specified for the unit.
- Water outlet: Use the supplied drain hose. For US site planning, a 2 in. (51 mm) receiving standpipe is a common reference. This is the building drain size. The cabinet’s hose diameter, drainage method and permitted drain height follow the unit’s installation requirements.
- Power supply: Match the 110 V or 220 V configuration on the unit nameplate. Confirm supply frequency, destination-country three-pin plug specifications, grounding and circuit protection.
- Placement and handling: Leave 5 cm behind the cabinet for ventilation. Confirm door and service space against the order drawing, and plan handling for the delivered packed weight.
Leave 5 cm behind the cabinet for ventilation. Qualified personnel should match the water supply, drainage layout and power frequency to the unit’s installation requirements.
General installation and handover sequence
- Check the delivery
Check the order configuration and nameplate. Record the serial number if present, inspect the exterior and supplied accessories, and take photographs.
- Prepare the location
Check access and installation space against the final drawing and packing data. Leave 5 cm behind the cabinet for ventilation. Plan handling for the packed weight and confirm floor support and stability.
- Connect water inlet and outlet
Qualified personnel should connect and secure inlet and outlet pipework to the confirmed order requirements. Check routing, connections and leaks. The factory states there is no splashing during normal operation; still inspect connections and drainage during commissioning.
- Verify and connect the power supply
Qualified personnel should verify site voltage, frequency and destination-country plug against the unit nameplate and order configuration, then connect under factory and local requirements. The 110 V and 220 V versions are separate configurations.
- Run the first commissioning cycle
Use the factory-specified procedure and observe water intake, drainage, programme changes and alerts. Stop and contact the factory if leaks, overheating, unusual smells or breaker trips occur.
- Complete the handover record
Record interface and installation photographs, commissioning results and installer details. Follow factory guidance when handing over operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Garment loading and fabric restrictions
Factory single-door reference load: 8 thin garments or 4 thick garments. Select the load for the fabric, garment thickness and programme.
- Wash and dry silk or wool separately; do not mix them with ordinary garments or coats.
- For ordinary sweaters, fit the middle support shelf and spread the hung sweater over it to prevent stretching under its wet weight.
- Do not wash shoes, leather garments or valuable mink-fur garments in the cabinet.
Six operating procedures
Smart wash and dry
Select the garment type (ordinary, bulky, silk or wool) → press “Smart Wash & Dry”. The cabinet automatically completes washing and drying, then stops. The light/negative-ion function operates with the cycle.
Wash one bulky long coat separately
Fold the garment rail forwards and secure it at the top. Hang one bulky long coat on the central hook → select “Bulky” → press “Smart Wash & Dry”. The central hook rotates the garment during spray washing.
Smart drying
Select the garment type → press “Smart Dry”. Drying and the light/negative-ion function start. The cabinet stops automatically when its sensor detects that the garments are dry.
Timed drying
Select the garment type → choose 60, 120, 150 or 180 minutes → press “Start”. The display counts down; drying and the light/negative-ion function stop when the selected time ends.
Scheduled wash and dry
Select the garment type → press “Scheduled Wash & Dry” (the display flashes) → use “+” or “−” to set the start time on the 24-hour clock → press “Start”; the function indicator lights up. The cabinet starts at the scheduled time and stops after completing washing and drying.
Garment preheating
Load the garments in advance → press “Garment Preheat” → use “+” or “−” to set the start time → press “Start”. The light/negative-ion function and preheating start at that time. Confirm operating duration, temperature and stop conditions in the factory instructions.
Programme setting notes
- The 60–180 minute options apply to timed drying; they do not establish a fixed duration for a complete smart wash-and-dry cycle.
- The 24-hour clock specifies the scheduled start time, not the cycle duration. English button names are translations for reference; follow the actual control panel.
- Use the light/negative-ion function as described in the operating instructions.
Detergent and refilling
Use the dedicated detergent for washing. The cabinet dispenses about 50 mL per wash automatically. A 0.75 L refill lasts about 15 washes. A 1.5 L bottle costs US$10 and provides about 30 washes, or two refills.
Follow the supplied instructions for the refill-port location, fill level and refill procedure. Check the detergent level before operation.
Maintenance
The filter in the water valve cleans itself and does not need to be removed for washing. The integrated inner chamber is self-cleaning; wipe it as part of daily care.
The exhaust fan and temperature/humidity sensor are standard replaceable components.
Three-year parts warranty
We cover all components for three years from factory dispatch, excluding damage caused by misuse or other human actions. Covered replacement parts and their air freight are free during this period.
Distributors handle local repairs through their service teams. We train those teams to maintain and repair the cabinet.
After a fault is confirmed, the replacement parts reach the distributor within one week.
After the warranty expires, parts are charged. Distributors set delivery and repair charges.
If a manufacturing-quality problem is confirmed, the factory replaces the affected unit and covers the related freight. Contact us with your order details. Confirm the inspection and replacement arrangements in your purchase agreement.
Keep before handover
- Order configuration, nameplate photograph and serial number if present.
- Factory order-specific connection requirements, interface confirmation and site connection photographs.
- Commissioning programme and results, installer details and operator handover record.
