Is it an alternative to a steam closet like LG Styler?
It does a different job. Steam closets refresh clothes with steam and do not wash them. This cabinet washes with water and detergent, then dries, so it suits shirts, knitwear and coats that need a real wash without a tumble.
Does it replace a washing machine at home?
No. It is designed for garments on hangers, such as shirts, blouses, knitwear and coats. Towels, bedding and bulk loads still go in the washing machine, so most homes keep both.
What does a home need to install it?
A level floor area of 60 × 62 cm with 190 cm of height, 5 cm of space behind, a water inlet, a drain and an outlet for the 110 V or 220 V version, rated 1600 W. It connects much like a washing machine.
Is it quiet enough for an apartment?
Operating noise is 40 dB or less, so it can stand in a hallway, dressing room or utility closet.
Can we sell it under our own brand?
Yes. OEM orders from 10 units can carry your logo, packaging and a control panel printed in your language. You can order a single sample unit first.
Is it certified for household use in Europe or North America?
Not yet. LINGCHONG does not currently carry CE, UKCA, UL or ETL marks. We agree the certification route for your market before volume production.
