Which wash-cabinet enquiries are ready for a trial?

A closed graphite LINGCHONG cabinet beside a showroom table with documents and material samples.

Reused AI-generated showroom discussion concept; not a real enquiry or documented customer installation.

An enquiry arrives with a request for a catalogue and a sample price. Before reserving a demonstration or arranging a trial unit, establish what the buyer expects to put in the cabinet and where it will operate. Enthusiasm for the product does not confirm either of those things.

Use one short routing sheet to keep the missing answers visible. Use it to decide whether to clarify the request, prepare a trial or explain a mismatch.

Ask for a garment task the buyer can describe

“Premium laundry” is too broad to choose a trial. Ask which garments need attention and what should be different afterwards. Request the relevant care-label information with the owner's permission. A list of fabric names will not reveal every garment's construction or care restrictions.

The LC-308 product page describes water washing on hangers, automatic detergent dispensing and drying in the same cabinet. Establish whether that process matches the requested work. A buyer seeking only to refresh otherwise clean clothing needs that requirement recorded before you recommend a water-washing trial.

If a garment's permission is unclear, send the question to the clothing maker or another appropriate garment-care contact. Keep it pending. A sample should not be used to settle uncertainty by risking the buyer's clothing.

Give each unknown an owner

The buyer may know what the clothes need but not whether the proposed room has suitable connections. Ask the person responsible for the site to supply the missing information. Sales can record the answer and arrange a technical check; it should not certify a location from a photograph.

LINGCHONG's installation guide calls for water inlet and drainage connections and an appropriate electrical supply. The 110 V and 220 V units are separate versions. Qualified personnel must check the actual nameplate, order configuration and local requirements. The existing water-connection comparison provides further context if the buyer is comparing connected equipment with another arrangement.

Also identify the daily operator and the person who will handle local support. An interested purchasing contact does not automatically take either role. Obtain their names or leave those responsibilities visibly unresolved.

Complete the enquiry routing sheet

Assign each row only one status: Confirmed, Pending or Not a fit. Confirmed means the relevant answer has been checked with the appropriate person. Record who supplied it. Fill in the relevant evidence beside each status.

Area to resolve Evidence and person responsible Status
Actual garment task Garments, starting condition and requested treatment; buyer: ___ Confirmed / Pending / Not a fit
Permitted care Label instructions and any unresolved garment-care question; contact: ___ Confirmed / Pending / Not a fit
Location and connections Proposed site and order-specific connection review; site contact: ___ Confirmed / Pending / Not a fit
Daily operation Named operator and required instruction or training; responsible person: ___ Confirmed / Pending / Not a fit
Local support Contact who receives a problem and arranges the agreed next step: ___ Confirmed / Pending / Not a fit

Use Pending where evidence is missing, even if the buyer expects a quick answer. Use Not a fit for a confirmed conflict with the proposed treatment or arrangement. Keep a short reason beside that status so a colleague does not restart the same unsuitable recommendation.

Turn the sheet into a next step

A missing site review needs a request to the site contact, with the precise information still required. An unresolved care label needs garment advice. Name the person following up and agree when the buyer should expect an update, without making a response promise on behalf of someone who has not accepted it.

Prepare a trial once the required permissions, location, operator and support arrangements have been confirmed. Agree the garment task to examine and record any remaining limits. An installed connection alone does not establish garment suitability or compliance with every local rule.

If the requested use conflicts with the instructions, explain that specific boundary in writing. Preserve the information in the enquiry record so a later salesperson does not offer the same trial. Send the buyer a short recap showing the agreed next action and who owns it; attach the relevant current documents rather than the same unqualified catalogue reply.
